Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on budi95. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. budi95 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence or carelessness.

Any activity that occurs through your account will be considered your own action, unless you have reported to us that your account has been accessed without authorisation. Reports must be submitted promptly via our support email at [email protected].

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register.
  • The personal information you provide must belong to you and not to any other party.
  • Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their account is not used for any fraudulent activity.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions

Budi95 users are prohibited from using this platform for any purpose that is unlawful or contrary to platform rules. The following are among the specifically prohibited activities:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation.
  • Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about the budi95 platform or its users.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any systems, servers, or databases associated with budi95.
  • Engaging in money laundering or transactions linked to illegal activities.
  • Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with a third party.
  • Abusing promotional offers or bonuses through fraudulent means or duplicate accounts.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and budi95 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in the affected account while conducting an internal investigation.

Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the budi95 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and major Malaysian online banking.

Budi95 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by banks or third-party payment processors. Processing times stated on the platform are estimates and may vary depending on network conditions and banking systems.

Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the account holder's name. budi95 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal if any suspicious activity is detected. Any taxes or bank charges associated with transactions are the user's sole responsibility.

In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes reported after this period may not be able to be processed.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

Budi95 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from service disruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised access by third parties.

All content on the budi95 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the property of budi95 or our licensors and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

Account Suspension & Closure

Budi95 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the user once all necessary investigations have been completed. budi95 is not obligated to provide prior notice in cases of immediate account closure.
